The book is about inter-disciplinary work done by fourth-grade students from the state school network in São José dos Campos (SP). Studying environmental themes, the students had the opportunity to read several texts, watch films, analyze poems and song lyrics, make visits and make interviews concerning the theme. They discussed concepts relative to several disciplines in the curriculum and performed reading and text production activities that culminated in organizing and publishing of a poem book entitled Planeta Terra sua poesia não pode acabar (Planet Earth, your poem cannot end).
